It starts with a tour of the property, in order
to determine what the house needs to appeal to buyers.
By taking important notes, photo’s, and measurements
I will provide you with an outline of my services. My
goal is to market your home by highlighting the home’s
best assets while minimizing its flaws. This way, potential
buyer’s can image themselves living in the space,
which translates into a BUYER.
Staging
Plans that fit your budget:
Light
Stage: (3) rooms
Living room, dining room, and kitchen
Landscaping to add curb appeal (extra)
Fees range from $750-2,000 (depending
on the size and condition of home)
Full
Stage: (5) rooms or more
This usually is the living room, dining room, kitchen,
bathrooms, and family room.
Landscaping to add curb appeal (extra)
Fees range from $1,000-5,000 (depending
on the size and condition of home)

Is
anything in the house for sale?
I have found that many buyers would like to keep some
of the items used to stage the property. This could
be arranged.
How
long do I have to keep it staged?
Most staging companies require a 60 day contract, We
are very flexible and require only a (30) day and anything
after is by weekly.
What
do you require for payment?
I require a deposit of half of the total amount due
to start. The other half when the job is completed.
Staging
works and it’s a better alternative then a price
reduction.
