San Juan interiors has been designing spaces for over 17 years.  My team specialize in the small to mid-size homes. We decorate homes to enhance the best features, impress buyers, and to sell faster for the highest possible price.  You only get one chance at a first impression.  With a 95% rate of our clients homes selling, we know what buyers want. The other 5% was a high listing price.  Staging is a must.   Here is a fact:  The National Association of Realtors performed a study in March of 2019, from a buyers’ agent perspective: 47% of buyers’ agents cited that home staging had a effect on most buyers’ view of the home, "83% percent of buyers’ agents said staging a home made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home."  One-quarter of buyer’s agents said that staging a home increased the dollar value offered between one and five percent, compared to other similar homes on the market that are not staged.

Additionally, the owner Wanda San Juan is a realtor, Interior designer, homeowner and an investor. Wanda knows how important it is to get a home ready, on time, and on budget. She keeps up with the latest trends by attending the major design shows and is constantly educating herself on new techniques. She's a graduate from the New York Institute of Art and Design.  Worked on movies sets, and was asked to be a judge on the hit
